Description:
Myrtle is my maternal g-grandfather's sister. My
g-grandfather, Emory Harrison GRAMMER, was born in
Jackson Co., IL to (whom I believe, but still
confirming) John Wesley GRAMMER and Susannah Elizabeth
MURPHY. I haven't found much on them, but I'm still
looking. Social Security records have comfirmed this,
but I'm still looking for more.
According to my grandmother(Emory's daughter), Emory
had 7 brothers and sisters:
1) Myrtle, married Omer ETHERTON
2) William, died in 1918 during flu epidemic
3) John Wesley, Jr.
4) Ada, married Oscar LEWIS
5) Elizabeth ("Lizzie"), died at 15-16 years old
6) Charles Arthur, married Edna (ULN)
7) Nellie (possible name), died in infancy
He also had an older half-brother and half-sister,
Frank GRAMMER and VICTORIA GRAMMER.
IGI shows Victoria as being his daughter from his
first marriage.
