Mix bisquick according to directions for 1 pan of biscuits. Roll into rectangle - fairly thin. Take raw sausage and spread over dough. I mash it in my hands to get it very thin. Cover the dough fairly evenly, but don't worry about covering every bit of dough. Roll from the long side into a roll, wrap in wax paper and then foil, put in refrigerator to chill. This can be made the day before to save time. When you are ready to serve, slice and bake according to biscuits directions. You can tell this is one recipe that has been passed on by word of mouth!
