Hi,  check your b. dates:  on George Etherton.  I have the Dawson
genealogy dates for his kids as follows:

Laura Etherton married William Dawson on Sept. 19, 1878 and had a child
Mittie Dawson b. 7-13-1879.  She married Jack Edwards

William S. Etherton married Polly Britana Dawson b. 5-8-1858 and had 3
childred:  Horace, Katherine, and Isaac Etherton.
