Logan E. Frazier, 57 of Murphysboro died at 2:24pm on Saturday, October 15, 2011 in Murphysboro.

Logan was born on September 28, 1954 in Murphysboro a son to the late Billy Gene Frazier and Mary A. (Mason) Frazier Tucker, his mother Mary survives of Murphysboro.

Logan was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was employed by Southern Comfort Pools as a pool and spa technician.

Funeral services will be at 1pm on Tuesday, October, 18, 2011 at Crawshaw Funeral Home in Murphysboro, pastor Danny Boyd will officiate. Burial will be at Murdale Gardens of Memory near Murphysboro with military rites by the American Legion Paul Stout Post 127 and V.F.W. Post 7190 both in Murphysboro, V.F.W. Post 2605 in Carbondale and the Jackson County Disabled American Veterans Chapter 69. Visitation will be from 11am to 1 pm on Tuesday at Crawshaw Funeral Home. Memorials are encouraged and may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.

Survivors include his mother and step-father; Mary and Ray Tucker of Murphysboro, four daughters; Felecia Frazier, Stacy Hill and Amanda Pfeaster all of Murphysboro, Candice Hartline of Cape Girardeau, MO., and one son; Brian Davenport of Murphysboro, two sisters and brothers-in-law; Doris and Dale Hughes of Murphysboro, and Cindy and Kevin Ruble of Carbondale, one brother and sister-in-law; Harold and Debbie Frazier of Murphysboro, two step-daughters; Marissa Phillips of Gorham, IL., and Christina Patterson of Tamaroa, IL., six grandchildren; Felecity Maynor, Jada Loden, Cheyane Hartline, Natalie Davenport, Olivia Pfeaster, and Alara Pfeaster. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Logan was preceded in death by his father; Billy Gene Frazier and one sister; Lena Frazier.
