Graveside services for Ethel May Lawson, 84, of Branson, were held Nov. 21, 2011, at Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery in Branson with the Rev. Floyd Arnold officiating. Services were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home in Branson.
She died Nov. 20, 2011, at Skaggs Regional Medical Center in Branson.
Ethel May Lawson was born March 3, 1927, in Worth, to Orvia and Adelaine Boomgaarn Wyer. In 1963, she married Larry Lawson in Griswold, Iowa. She moved to the Branson area more than 40 years ago from Kansas. She was an antique shop owner and operator.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband Larry.
Survivors include daughters Virginia Petersen, of Seminole, Okla., and Peggy Briggs Janes, of Branson; brothers Robert Wyer and George Wyer; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
