Danny Hagler, age 52 of Murphysboro died Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at home.
He was born January 9, 1963 to James and Bertha (Bain) Hagler in Carbondale.
He was an avid collector of cards that was sports related and a collector of figurines. He loved to attend auctions.
Danny is survived by his father, James D. Hagler of Murphysboro; a brother, Jimmy (Linda) Hagler of Murphysboro; 3 sisters, Dianne (George) Roddewig of Pardeeville, WI; Charolette Lee of Murphysboro; and Micki (Robert) Jacquot of Murphysboro; 11 nephews, 2 nieces, 9 great-nieces, 5 great-nephews; a very good friend, Mike; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha; and grandparents, James & Verna Hagler and Hattie Sanders.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Crain Pleasant Grove-Murdale Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Danny Hagler will be Friday, May 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Cooper officiating. Interment will follow at the Pleasant Grove Memorial Park.
Memorials can be made to the Fresenius Medical Care in Carbondale and will be accepted at the funeral home.
