LaDonna Louise Stearns, 90, of Fulton, KY passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at her residence.
LaDonna was born on June 26, 1930 in Murphysboro, IL to the late John and Marion (Potter) Penrod.
She as a member of the Mt Zion OCP Church. She loved the St. Louis Cardinals, University of Kentucky Basketball and playing cards. LaDonna loved her family.
She is survived by three sons; Warren Stearns and wife Mauren of West Virginia, Bill Stearns and wife Cindy of Illinois, Bert Stearns and wife Renee of Illinois and a bonus son, Ron Wilson and wife Terry, two daughters; Susan Carter of Tennessee, Lisa Swift and husband Gary of Fulton, KY, fourteen grandchildren; Justin Stearns and wife Jessica, Danal Douthit and wife Marie, Joel Douthit and wife Liz, Burke Stearns, Jeremy Lyles, Rebecca Jones and husband Brad, David Stearns, Greg Swift, Christopher Row and wife Audrey, Jacob Carter, Jennifer Kendall and husband Antonio, Felichia Carter, BryAna Stearns and Jada Stearns; twenty great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Thomas Wanless in 1951 and second husband Paul E. Stearns in 2007 to whom she was married to for 54 years; two sisters; Patsy Jo Penrod and Shirley Ann Penrod, three brothers; Billy Gene Moutell, John Dale Penrod and Albert Ray Penrod, a grandson Michael Swift , a bonus grandson Jon Jackson and a great-grandson Mikey Stearns.
